Itenary

We begin the trip with your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport. To make things easier, we’ll send one of our staff to pick you up and drop you at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a journey of approximately 200 kilometers that takes around 6 to 7 hours by tourist bus or private vehicle. The route follows winding roads alongside rivers, terraced hillsides, and charming villages, offering glimpses of rural Nepalese life. Upon arrival in Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside city at 860 meters, you can relax and enjoy views of the Annapurna range reflected in Phewa Lake.

After breakfast in Pokhara, you’ll drive for about 1.5 to 2 hours to Nayapul, the starting point of your trek. The trail begins with a gentle walk through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages like Birethanti and Tikhedhunga. As you ascend, the path becomes steeper, especially during the final climb of over 3,000 stone steps leading up to Ulleri. This challenging section is rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding hills and distant snow-capped peaks. Ulleri, a charming Magar village at 2,050 meters, offers a warm welcome and a well-earned rest after your first day on the trail.

Dhaulagiri Base Camp

The trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani takes 6-7 hours, passing through lush rhododendron forests, traditional Magar villages, and scenic mountain views. It’s a steady uphill climb, rewarding trekkers with cool air and breathtaking Himalayan panoramas at Ghorepani.

Early morning, hike to Poon Hill for a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After enjoying panoramic mountain views, return to Ghorepani for breakfast, then trek through lush forests and ridges to reach peaceful Tadapani by afternoon.

The trail from Tadapani to Ghandruk is a pleasant downhill walk through dense forests and rhododendron groves. Along the way, enjoy mountain views and birdsong before arriving at the charming Gurung village of Ghandruk, rich in culture and hospitality.

Ghandruk to Shyauli Bazar around 2 hours then drive back to Pokhara. Rest of the time you will have free day in Pokhara

On this day you will be back to Kathmandu by Tourist bus But if you like customize your trip you can choose private vehicle/ flight option as well. But they come little more expensive.
